In May, the 2026 China International Sports Equipment Expo will be held. VANBO will present its brand-new commercial storage rack series at the event. This series includes eleven products such as ten pairs of dumbbell storage racks, fifteen pairs of dumbbell storage racks, barbell racks, kettlebell racks, single-row barbell racks, and double-row barbell racks. The appearance has been patented and offers two basic color schemes: flash silver and black. The overall structure is made of Q235 steel and features double-sided paint coating. It supports custom branding. This move marks VANBO‘s expansion from a single strength equipment provider to a full-scenario space solution provider.
Dumbbell storage rack: Ten pairs and fifteen pairs to meet the capacity requirements of the stairs
In response to the display characteristics of increasing weight for dumbbells in commercial gyms, VANBO will simultaneously launch two models of dumbbell racks: ten pairs and fifteen pairs. The overall frame uses Q235 steel, with thicker pipe walls and reinforced layers. The single-layer load-bearing capacity exceeds 500kg. The ten-pair model is suitable for small studios or free strength zones as a supplement, while the fifteen-pair model is targeted at the main areas of large chain clubs. The depth of the layers has been tested repeatedly, ensuring that dumbbells can be easily placed and removed without obstruction. The slope design with a lower front and higher back ensures stable placement. Both products adopt double-sided paint coating technology, which is rust-proof and scratch-resistant, and is suitable for high-frequency usage scenarios.
Rings rack and kettlebell rack: Functional zones for enhanced management
The bell rack is designed with a double-symmetrical 4-long-bar structure, which can store a large number of barbells at the same time. When retrieving, it moves smoothly without any jamming. The bottom is equipped with shock-absorbing pads, effectively reducing the impact and noise during transportation. The two-layered staircase layout of the kettlebell rack is made of a rust-resistant and wear-resistant frame surface, combined with anti-slip foot pads. It remains stable as new even after long-term use. A single row can accommodate multiple kettlebells of different specifications, arranged neatly, making it convenient for coaches to quickly identify the weight. Both racks continue to use the Q235 steel main structure, and the bottom is equipped with adjustable foot pads to adapt to uneven ground.
Single-row and double-row barbell racks: Large-capacity storage to free up floor space
The barbell rack is available in single-row and double-row configurations, both featuring a multi-layer horizontal bar structure. The single-row model is placed against the wall and is suitable for private training areas with limited space; the double-row model can be placed in the center, with access available on both sides, significantly increasing storage density. The tray surface is covered with buffer rubber strips to reduce the wear and noise caused by the barbell rods. The single-row model can accommodate 5 barbells, and the double-row model can accommodate 10 barbells. The bottom is equipped with foot pads, providing stronger and more stable support.
Patent appearance and customization services: From tools to spatial aesthetics
This storage rack series has applied for an appearance patent. The lines are neat and the grilles are tough. The silver-reflecting model presents a metallic matte texture, while the black model is stable and restrained, suitable for different style gym renovations. The front crossbeam supports customized laser logos, with clear and eye-catching brand identification. The material combination of Q235 steel and double-sided baking paint ensures that the product remains rust-proof and durable even in humid environments.
At the China Body Expo in May, VANBO will fully showcase this combination solution of storage systems and strength training equipment, providing global buyers with a systematic option ranging from products to space management.
