It is reported that the newly established CPU workshop at Nantong Baopeng Fitness Equipment Factory has officially commenced production. According to daily production reports, output capacity is still in a gradual ramp-up phase, with daily production steadily approaching the level of the old workshop. The launch of this new facility marks another significant step forward for Baopeng Fitness in expanding production and ensuring on-time delivery.
Baopeng Fitness ‘s strategic decision-making is forward-looking, with the factory securing approval for its fitness equipment expansion project as early as 2024. According to official approval, upon completion and full operation of the expansion project, the facility is expected to produce an additional 5,000 tons of CPU fitness equipment, 1,000 tons of TPU fitness equipment, and 5,000 tons of coated fitness equipment annually. The entire plant now has a production capacity of 10,000 tons of CPU fitness equipment, 1,000 tons of TPU fitness equipment, and 5,000 tons of coated fitness equipment per year. Currently, the newly built CPU workshop has completed equipment installation and commissioning, officially entering the production phase, with capacity gradually being ramped up.
For many years, Baopeng Fitness has been deeply engaged in major markets such as Europe and America. In recent years, with the accumulation of product quality and brand reputation, its overseas customer base has continuously expanded. By 2026, Baopeng’s products had been exported to over 20 countries and regions across four continents, covering markets in Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania.
The new workshop is equipped with advanced polyurethane casting equipment and vulcanizing presses, further strengthening Baopeng Fitness ‘s technological advantages in the field of CPU material products. Previously, Baopeng Fitness had acquired the world’s first polyurethane vulcanizing production system, the “Octo-Unit Machine,” and independently developed a vertical injection molding machine between 2013 and 2015, overcoming production capacity constraints. With the commissioning of this new workshop, Baopeng Fitness now has significantly expanded production capacity for its core product lines, including CPU dumbbells and barbell plates.
Baopeng Fitness has been in operation for fifteen years since its establishment in 2011. The company produces 3,000 tons of CPU dumbbells and barbells annually, with most products exported to Europe and America, generating over 120 million yuan in annual sales. The commissioning of the new CPU workshop has further fueled this fitness equipment manufacturer, which has always relied on technology for its success. As production capacity continues to grow steadily, Baopeng Fitness ‘s position in the East China fitness equipment manufacturing industry will become even more solid.
