CPU Ring Tin Production Process Overview: Rigorous Process, Stable Quality
1. Based on product style and quantity, mold the iron core, pour molten iron, allow it to solidify, then sandblast, grind the edges of the ring tin, weigh it (to check if the iron core weight is within the required range), and bore it (the central hole diameter must meet the standard). – PS: Grinding the outer circle of the product increases the wear resistance of the finished product during drop testing; consistent iron core hole diameter and bore diameter ensure consistent adhesive layers on both sides of the product during production, extending its service life.
2. Place the processed iron core into the mold, and complete the steps of filling in the lettering, closing the mold, pouring, and trimming according to the standard process flow. After quality inspection, proceed to the next step.
3. The stainless steel sleeve pressing process involves first fitting the cast bell into the stainless steel inner ring. The stainless steel inner ring is pre-polished, and a suitable mold is selected for pressing. When placing the finished bells, a piece of paper should be placed between every two to prevent oil stains and dirt.
4. Packaging: Peel and trim the bells, wax them, put them in plastic bags, then place them in cardboard boxes. Reinforce them with straps and pack them into wooden crates. Choose either single-sided or double-sided boxes depending on the weight; generally, boxes weighing over 10kg are placed in double-sided boxes.
