Selected 40Cr alloy steel as the raw material

The foundation of an excellent handle begins with the control of the raw materials. Baopeng fitness chose to use 40Cr alloy steel as the raw material for the handle. This alloy steel material has better wear resistance and rust prevention properties than ordinary steel, and can withstand repeated grasping and impact from drops. The millimeter-level processing technology of the CNC lathe

The cut steel is repeatedly ground on a precise CNC lathe. The aim is to create a micro-conical structure that is narrower at the front and wider at the back. The diameter of the ball head assembly at the front end of the handle and the root form a subtle difference. This core design enables the handle and the ball head assembly to achieve a 0-to-0 tight fit when assembled, preventing the dumbbell from loosening due to repeated drops during use. Additionally, on this basis, Baopeng fitness will also weld the two identical materials at the inclined part at the top, providing a double guarantee for the tightness. High-density embossed pattern on the handle

Common mesh embossing has density options of 1.2mm and 1.5mm. The depth is controlled between 0.3mm and 0.5mm. It extends the lifespan of the dumbbell. Before assembling with the ball head, the handle needs to undergo a rigorous salt spray test. A randomly selected handle is placed in the salt spray testing equipment and undergoes a 48-hour continuous test. Only when there is no rusting, peeling, or any other adverse phenomena on the surface of the handle can this batch of handles be judged as qualified.
